Female Low Sex Drive Clinical Trial
- Women 21 years and older
Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD) includes hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), which is a condition that is described as a decrease in a woman’s desire or interest in participating in sexual activities and this decrease in desire causes her distress.
Abnormalities of female sexual function are relatively common. In the USA, approximately 43% of adult women experience some form of sexual difficulty; approximately 12% of these women report being upset by their sexual dysfunction. Women may experience difficulties with sexual desire, sexual arousal, dyspareunia (pain during intercourse), or difficulty achieving orgasm. These disorders are commonly characterized by the general term FSD.
Coastal Clinical Research, Inc. (CCR) has conducted over 50 women's health studies since 1987. You may be eligible to participate in our FSD study and contribute to the development and approval of a new drug or treatment. As a participant, there is no cost to you and health insurance is not required. If you qualify, you also receive study-related visits by a board-certified OB/GYN and may be compensated for time and travel.
