Fibromyalgia Clinical Trial
- Men & Women 18 years or older
Fibromyalgia is a disease characterized with persistent muscle pain, fatigue and some sensitive painful parts in the body. Fibromyalgia is not a new disease, but it was not until recently that fibromyalgia has begun to be understood and accepted. In 2007, the first prescription medication was FDA-approved to manage fibromyalgia. Additional research is needed to offer alternative treatments and to help better understand this disease.
Coastal Clinical Research, Inc. (CCR) has conducted over eight fibromyalgia studies since 1987. You may be eligible to participate in our fibromyalgia study and contribute to the development and approval of a new drug or treatment. As a participant, there is no cost to you and health insurance is not required. If you qualify, you also receive study-related visits by a board-certified physician and may be compensated for time and travel.
